This page explains what Lead Engine collects when you fill out one of our forms, how we use it, and how to make us stop.
Working draft. Lead Engine is in testing, and this policy will be reviewed before public launch.
What we collect
Contact details you submit: name, email address and phone number.
Your answers to form questions, such as how long you've been licensed.
Basic submission data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), such as the ad and form you responded to and the time you submitted.
How we use it
To contact you about Lead Engine by phone call, text message or email.
To confirm your phone number is real, using a one-time code sent by text.
To schedule and remind you about calls you book with us.
To measure and improve our ads, including sending conversion events back to Meta.
Texts and calls
By submitting a form, you agree that Lead Engine may call or text the number you provided, including with automated tools. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Lead Engine (for example, our CRM and messaging platform and Meta), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're in contact with you and for a reasonable time after, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your information.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
